Copy Insert Component

Copy Insert Component will insert a selected assembly into the current assembly. And the documents of the selected assembly will be copied to the folder of the current assembly, and renamed with the prefix added to the documents filename.


Procedures


  1. On the ribbon, click STS tab > Die Set panel > Copy Insert Component.
  2. Click Browse... and select assembly to be inserted.
  3. Enter the prefix to be added to the filenames.
  4. Click OK to insert the assembly, and the inserted assembly will be placed at the origin of the current assembly.
